Cleaning toxic colon

A part of healthy body is the proper function of the colon as it has a very significant role in digestion, immunity and maintaining water balance in the body. If it doesn’t function properly, then the toxic will be held longer and the waste won’t move efficiently. The toxins will be absorbed in the colon wall leading directly into the bloodstream.

The food transit in the colon is less than 24 hours if the colon is healthy, but will all the modern dietary habits which involve foods that lack enzymes, fiber and nutrients, the food transition is slowed down to 70 hours which leads to toxic colon and around 20 pounds of accumulated waste. One of the most common sign is constipation which occurs when the waste moves too slowly through the large bowel causing infrequent and/or painful elimination.

The most efficient homemade colon cleanser

There is a 10-16 day cleansing program called the Master Cleanser which has been developed in 1940 by Stanley Burroughs. It consists of the following ingredients:

(Single serving)

  • 2 tbsp. of organic maple syrup (grade B, not the commercial flavored syrup served on pancakes);
  • 2 tbsp. of organic lemon juice;
  • 10 ounces of filtered water;
  • 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper powder.

How to prepare it: mix all the ingredients together and drink it 5-8 times a day for 10-day period. You may use essential oil as they stimulate detoxification and increase the uptake of nutrients and minerals which rebalance the body.

Another recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 drops of lemon essential oil;
  • 1 juiced lemon;
  • 2 drops od on guard blend;
  • 10 drops of peppermint essential oil.

How to prepare it: stir all the ingredients together into 8 ounces of purified water and drink it each day for 2 weeks.
